Patty Shack Burger Bar — Restaurant in Northern Territory

We went there on a Friday night to have dinner, We were so excited to try the new joint.

It was a busy night, but we didn't know and no one informed us prior that we would have to wait for 1 and a half hours for the food, which is unsually long by any standard. Usually, if there is an extended wait, customers are informed before placing their orders.

After almost an hour, we did ask one of the customer service staff about our meal, and they informed us that it would be ready in 10 mins.

After waiting for that long, we eventually decided to request our food for take away which took another 10 minutes.

What we noticed was that the team were sending out one Uber order after another leaving the diners waiting for more than an hour. Prioritising Uber orders over dining customers is also very absurd.

The taste of the food was average as well, the flavours weren't as pronounced as...

I hadn't planned to come here but my partner got his nights muddled for our favourite food truck on the foreshore so I had to find an alternative. Thought I'd see what the options were at the Nightcliff shops and this place seemed quite busy. There was also live music playing outside so it was a pleasant wait for my takeaway. Ordered the Delaksa shake, the Beyond burger and the Matterhorn with fries. The Delaksa is a DILF inspired creation and tasted quite good. My Beyond burger was excellent. I’m not from Australia, but hands down this is one of the best burgers and honestly one of the best meals I’ve ever had in my life. The flavors are on another level: juicy, perfectly seasoned, and crafted with real care. You can taste the quality in every bite. I highly recommend checking this place out. Even if the prices feel a little steep, trust me, it’s worth every cent. The portion size, freshness, and overall experience make it more than fair.
