Worst burger meal ever. No lettuce, no mayo, cold and soggy chicken. X2! Chips half empty and half cooked. Tried to call to tell them and they don’t answer. Even better their msg bank goes to a private number. Here is no better as replies from ‘Rebecca’ are always same and issue appears to have been happening repeatedly over a long time. Clearly lip service.

Maybe the time of night but staff seemed confused behind the counter.( 6.30 Sunday evening. ) Unfortunately the chicken was overcooked, colour was quite dark and two of my pieces in my 3 piece box were too dry to eat, one of the pieces in husband's box was throw away too. This experience has put me off KFC, not wasting money on food that needs to be thrown away anymore. The potato and gravy was very watery too it was all the same consistency as gravy. It is your job to provide food, you should be shown how to cook that food and it should be cooked to a standard......simple, not rocket science. Customers should not have to pay for your mistakes...

This place is constant source of disappointment. I don't think they have ever gotten my online orders right. The whole point of an online order is that it should be processed/done before you arrive and yet every single time I have ordered online to this store they literally have to be told that I have made online even though I've already paid and confirmed that I want them to start prepping the food they never start the order until I arrive. what's worse is they always mess up the order and give me far less than I ordered. I do not have any issues any other KFCs stores with the online order system. It's happened 3 times now and...
