I have refrained from posting before in hope that this fast food outlet would ultimately improve from its foundings now already years ago. Unfortunately I sacrifice my better judgement because of the grand children and still come back. As per lots of previous posts, slow drive through, I have had 10 to 15 minute wait times, very rarely the order is correct, even though they read back what you order, its not what you get! We have learnt to check our meal before leaving for home, I don't even get correct meals over the counter, I do speak English. Only just recently in the last three weeks, we obviously had a inexperienced person on the till at a very busy time, not knowing how to swap out chips to onion rings or drinks as he was asking other staff packing orders, lines miles long, a failure to manage staff correctly and yet another addition to where I did not get my order correct, with my partner having to go back twice to make corrections and then to also complain that the icecreams that came with the stunner meals were sitting on the front counter melting whilst we ate our meal after having the staff suggest we get them at the end of the meal to prevent them from melting!! Small order where talking 15-30 minutes and by the time you got your food it was already cold, at one point the poor girl at the front started crying and was so clearly overwhelmed when she asked for help the manager told her to figure it out on her own and to stop talking to her, the manager clearly needs to go back to staff role till she can learn some empathy or just find a new job where the uptight and rude person she was doesn't have to work and hurt the people she's working with. This is was so sad to watch the poor girl who looked to be in high school crying due to managerial neglect and just being told to leave them alone, I understand that it gets busy but can you please take time to give a damn about your staff. I wanted to use my free burger uno coupon and couldn't due to the sale needing a manger to put it though and her just ignoring the request, I didn't get my burger which was annoying and I didn't get my UNUSED coupon back :( by far the worst experience I've had and I think the manager should be fired,the managers name was Kalia or Kayila, something...

expressing my disappointment after a recent visit to one of your stores. My toddler had asked me to bring home a Super Stunner meal from the kids’ menu after work, so I stopped by.
Unfortunately, the service I received was extremely frustrating. Despite speaking clearly, the staff member seemed unable to understand me. When I requested a meal from the kids’ menu and specifically asked for a Chicken Royale, I was met with confusion and a dismissive attitude.
The wait time was unreasonably long for a simple kids’ meal, and the staff were not only unhelpful but also quite rude in their responses and body language. As paying customers, we expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy.
I hope you will address this with your team, as no one deserves to be made to feel this way during what should be a simple, pleasant experience. Please ensure your staff are trained in communication and customer service so that future interactions are...
