Domino's Pizza Orange — Restaurant in Orange

Luckily I arrived to pick up my "Three Large Pizzas & Three Sides" order before it's scheduled time. I saw the employee handling pizza hastily pull one of my pizza orders, cut it, box it and put it on the shelf without a second thought.

The issue is I paid extra for hot sauce and had to repeatedly attempt to notify passing employees at the counter that I'd paid extra for hot sauce and that I personally saw it hadn't been put on. After some time, the issue was amended.

Furthermore, upon arriving home with our orders, we finished our meal to find that the Mini Dutch Pancakes we ordered were drizzled with what ended up being Crème Fraiche sauce.

For a shop full of teenagers either running around pretending to look busy, avoiding eye contact with customers, or just lazily doing their job; you'd think someone could read and follow procedures. So much for the "quality check" notification on your digital order...

I ordered two pizzas one of them were the cheeseburger pizza was literally covered in mayonnaise like literally dipping sauce from the pizza and when I went in there there was a bunch of kids not older than 16 years old yelling around at each other please be professional when working in a work place ik u are young but your not gonna get anywhere in a workplace if u act like that definitely when there’s customers around it makes the whole workplace look disgusting and also the pizza wasn’t cut u work at pizza place u should be able to cut a pizza pls have a supervisor there if ur gonna have a bunch of kids...

My mum ask the pizza guy to put deep pan on our order. Meanwhile, the staff wasn’t listening to the customer request🙄🙄😡🤬🤬. He just straight away place an order without asking the customers order was right. we observed the staff wasn’t doing heir job properly. The pizza guy put thin-crust instead of deep panned on our pizza. I hate the pizza here, hate thin-crust and the staff the did a wrong order because it’s not what we wanted. 🤬😤😡 👿👿 Domino staff should pay attention and checked if the order is accordingly to customers order wishes instead of mocking up the food and getting it wrong. so...
