This place needs to re-evaluate their management and staff training. I was just travelling through and stopped at the drive through to get something to eat. There was a bit of a line up, which I was fine with. I placed my order and went to pay. There was no one in sight in the window. I drove through to the next one, only to be told “you haven’t paid, I can’t give your order”. I was told to drive right around again and re-order and pay, and by then it would be ready to go. I did all of this. But my food wasn’t ready, and they kept questioning what I had ordered and if I had actually paid. I told them the exact order which I had paid for. I was given my raisin bread not toasted so I went and asked for it to be toasted, they said it was broken but they had another out back that they use for toasted sandwiches, which I was fine with that, they should of told me that when they gave it to me, no communication, as most people do have it toasted. I went back to take photos of ladies bathroom and only got one photo as the young girl was trying to clean the sink with a ball of paper in her hand, and no spray, when I walked in she stopped and didn’t finish the sinks, she put the paper in toilet with no flush and walked out, this is the photo where we dry our hands. I was really looking forward to enjoying a simple slice of banana bread, but my experience at this establishment was frustrating and disappointing. The first time I received my order, the banana bread was completely burnt—inedible, really. I approached the staff, hoping they would rectify the mistake, and they did replace it.
However, to my shock, the replacement was just as burnt as the first one. At that point, I lost the courage to go back again. It felt like the staff either didn’t care or were simply ignoring the issue altogether. Burnt food shouldn’t be served in the first place, let alone twice in a row.
This kind of negligence is unacceptable. A little quality control and attention to detail could have made all the difference. Sadly, I won’t be coming back...
