I phoned a few weeks ago to order a take away, the lovely bloke who answered had a great cheeky laugh at the way I tried to pronounce XO sauce. The lady who he passed the call onto was also very lovely. We asked the female staff if she would make us some hot soup with noodles and mixed vegetables. She was so helpful and advised they wouldn't use chicken stock but instead add some spices to the soup for flavour. Also she said they wouldn't use oyster sauce on the mixed vegetables of carrot, cabbage, beans, bamboo shoots etc. They cooked fresh baby broccoli and with rice. The fried rice and chicken chow mien was as good as any other, but the Mongolian beef and honey chicken was AMAZING.
