Bellas — Restaurant in Parkes

This place is OMG. A must try. We went on a motorcycle ride. After completing 650km on previous day, we decided to do a good breakfast as our predecided place wasn't opened. Friends suggested to go here randomly and seriously, we found Alibaba's treasure. The breakfast we had here was heavenly. Coffee was the best i had in many years. I am so dying to go there again and dont mind travelling 350km on straight road to reach here. Mind blowing taste, amazing quantity and presentation, world's most courteous staff.

One thing i wanted to specially tell about staff : as i said while ordering my food that i don't want a particular meat in my big breakfast, the staff took the order and went in. Later the chef and the staff came out and explained me that there might be another type of meat there, which i should be aware of. This is so huge for me that someone cared for me. This is extra-ordinary. This require knowledge, empathy and respect for other people. I am so overwhelmed to see that response. Thanks a lot. Their service was fast. I wish them all the best. Ordered takeaway bacon and egg roll and Brekky burrito roll which took 45min. My wife tried to ask a staff member about our food while he was picking up empty plates and she got a ‘not my job’ sort of response. Waited a bit longer and I went inside to find out about the food and found the same bloke so I asked him about the food. As I was somewhat frustrated by this stage I dropped the F bomb when asking how long does it take to cook a bacon and egg roll (my bad). Well he arced up a bit but to be honest he seemed a bit flustered that I had stopped him to ask a question, and claimed that they were very busy. He asked the cooking staff and they also said they were really busy. Funnily enough the food turned up a few minutes later, it was nice. Looking at the other reviews about the delays due to being busy leads me to believe that the staff don’t have a good system in place to support them for managing busy times without getting flustered. I was a very regular customer for the entirety of this year but not anymore.

You see I ordered breakfast this Monday just past and when it came out, my poached eggs were way over cooked and rock hard.

I was understanding, as everyone makes mistakes, so I asked them to re do the eggs.

I copped attitude from both the waitress and the kitchen staff that I DARED to raise an objection to their food.

So after their dreadful display, I wrote a post and review to their Facebook page, and sure enough, it also got deleted without any attempt whatsoever from them to contact me to discuss the matter. So now I’ll put it on Google reviews so that they can’t delete it.

In my books, the true sign of how good a business is how well they handle complaints. So clearly they don’t want my money anymore, so the feeling is now mutual and I don’t want their snobby, childish attitude...
