KFC Parkes — Restaurant in Parkes

Wrong order served due to someone else took our meals by mistake, took staff nearly 20 mins to figure out what happened. By the time our meal is served we were pushed behind a huge queue of other people, yet there were no apologies from anyone, not even acknowledging that they know the problem and were trying to rectify. We got ignored and I had to come to the counter asking for our meals 3 times before someone finally took our receipt and prepare it. Wasn't a "fast food" experience at all and zero service what so ever.

In the end we found that our bag of chips wasn't in the box either. But we couldn't be bothered asking for it for obvious reasons.

One tip to prevent such mistake in the future. Call out your pick up customers using the receipt numbers instead of what's in the box. People get confused easily by the combo names so use the receipt numbers instead. It's easier and quicker to call out the numbers anyway so why keep calling the meal names? We observe a few people got confused and not picking up the orders until their numbers...

I was waiting for the toilet at KFC Parkes; I heard somebody inside the cubicle doing a big dirreah, it was really really loud like a firehouse on full blast into a puddle. The door burst open and it was the older lady that works here, she walked straight past the hand washing station and straight into the kitchen without washing her hands, she had a piece of toilet paper stuck on her shoe. I couldn’t use the toilet afterwards because of the stench so I went back out and saw her putting nuggets into someone’s order; she dropped two on the counter and picked them up with her bare hands and threw them into the box. I went to the counter and asked for a refund, the manager rudely asked me why, I said I am going to get PTSD because of that lady’s dirt in the toilet and she’s touching peoples food with her bare hands without washing them after her dirt. The lady turned around and said fine take your money and took it out of the till, I threw the money in the bin and went home and had three showers.

How long is this KFC going to...

Pathetic service. Went to order in through the machine. Meanwhile the shop was empty, I was the only customer inside, maybe 1 drive thru. 6 people “working” in the kitchen

3 teenagers too busy to chat about things I couldn’t care about instead of serving me for over 5 minutes. Meanwhile i kept waiting another 5 minutes then a few customer came to the drive thru and got served straight away. I had to step up to wake them up and get them to do their job. How long it took to get my 10 chicken wings? 1 minute, the hot box was full so no cooking excuse. Where’s the manager???? Possibility teenager too?? This is just rude and the lowest customer service I ever experienced. No apologies nothing, not a napkin not a towelette to clean my greasy fingers. Probably the very last time I step in a kfc. Get your crew in line, this is not a school courtyard and people have other things to do than listen to the yarn and wait for nothing. Get some proper manager background and skill. Next time I have to step up I’ll bill you...
