Disappointing was there with a large group of people including a large number if kids under 10 in the top auditorium for an all day function had the top bar open for soft drinks and food from 11.30 to 2.30 and was a rip off i bought a chicken sandwich and a can of coke and was charged over $11.00 for both after they closed the top bar no food was available from that time and with club rules we were unable to bring anything in for the kids to snack on. We were there till after 6.00pm and headed down to the bistro to eat a meal again very disappointing placed.order for 4 people and 2 meals were brought to our table after 15 minutes waiting asked regarding the other 2 and seemed to been missed this included my 8 yr daughters meal who hadn't eaten since lunchtime when the meals did arrive the food was very disappointing the serves were very small for the price paid and were very average actually had to stop when we left and buy something else from another shop to satisfy our hunger As this is an annual event we will be looking for some where else to eat next year both for lunch and dinner Overall would not recommend the club in anyway to visit and from the general conversation around the event i don't think that the club impressed anyone of the people...

Burnt schnitzel smothered in glug they called gravy. Veg consisted of unpeeled carrots which were near raw with overcooked broccoli & overcooked zucchini. 1/ if a customer orders a meal with gravy in a jug it dosnt mean coat the meal in gravy (because it was burnt) and put gravy on the side in a jug. I also suggest you change your oil - you can smell it outside! 2/ when I first told the girl I ordered my meal with gravy in a jug she said she would return it to the kitchen - I then got buzzed again & got told by a much older woman - “thats how we do it here” “take it, not doing another one” Gravy was hiding how burnt it was! 3/ Cocktail with blue Cueraco $16 did not have pineapple / passion fruit in it as per your menu .. it was made with soda water.

You have a “club captive audience” with members & maybe we came on members night (Thursday) I strongly suggest you be nice to your tourist that come through supporting “clubs” Committee you some...

Good vibe. Great customer service. Food isn't bad. Definitely not good. Had quite a few meals and always something seems to disappoint. Chicken in pasta was dry and old. Beef snitty was a old gross tasting piece of minute steak covered in think hard to swallow crumb. Meatlovers chicken snitty was really good but very inconsitant. One was fully loaded with tomato in the salad and Pepperoni on the snitty the other was not. Ordered 2 bowls of chips one was hot and the other was cold. The burger was good but bun was so hard couldn't be bitten into. I know it's very busy and alot of food being produced in the kitchen but definitely needs some...
