Not happy at all. My partner and I were really excited to enjoy the food that I ordered today ( mud pig fries, the buttermilk chicken burger, the veggie burger, mini Mars bar cheese cakes and two shakes)but we were thoroughly disappointed. The fries (which came with bacon) were cold and barely cooked, the bacon was raw and the box was smashed in (see pictures). The lettuce that was on our burgers was also wilted and should not have been served to customers (see pictures). The buttermilk chicken was also super dry and not enjoyable. The veggie burger besides for the lettuce was alright, so were the shakes and cheesecakes. Unfortunately the food was also not the only disappointing thing. The service received from the staff when spoken to about the state of the food was rude and unwelcoming. I was made to feel stupid when explaining and showing the pictures and it was blatantly obvious that the staff did not care that we had such a horrible experience. I understand how hard working in hospitality is as I recently used to work on the industry however, I never treated a customer like I was treated today. We ended up throwing most of the food away and we were left hungry. We will NEVER go there again, very upset with the poor service and food. They are lucky to get even a star from me

Passing through town for work this cafe is the earliest opening, decent coffee shop in the area. First coffee at 6:15 was hot, smooth and just how coffee should be. I returned at 9am and ordered a #3 toasty on turkish, it did not disappoint. 2 eggs, plenty of bacon and a generous lashing of hollandaise sauce, I like my B&E turkish to be an eating experience, and this was it, sporting melted butter mixing with perfectly cooked bacon resulted in a blessedly messy experience, I wore that sauce on my face, my hands and finally my shirt like a badge of honor. I now know where to find great coffee and a feed when passing through Parkes, well done Deja Brew.

Took a group of 14 to Deja Brew recently. The food was amazing but the service was next level. We all had our meals within approx 10min. They came out fresh and hot (for those that had a hot meal). They made a salad to specific dietary requirements. Nothing was too much trouble. The wait staff were courteous and friendly. They even gave an impromptu talk about their coffee and how much they go through in a day finishing with a friendly photo with my dad and 2 staff. Definitely recommend.

Called into this cafe while visiting Parkes. Coffee was OK, but the $6.50 cookie was so stale and disgusting. Was also rock hard. The cafe was absolutely filthy!! The floor looks like it's never been mopped, the build up around the fridges and edges was next level! The poor lady at the next table even had to send her soup spoon back because it was filthy. I could see behind the counter, and omg, I'm surprised the department of health hasn't shut this place down! Oh, and watched a girl empty bins, then back to food prep without...
