Well... What a treat that was!
After being told on multiple occasions we should try some delicious pastries we did so and we were delighted.
As a proud Cornishman its often hard to find something close to a Pasty, but this deli nailed it! There is definately some Kernow heritage in the area thats for sure. Some obvious substitutes were made (i believe pumpkin/squash instead of swede) but its was flavoursome and peppery just like the ones back at home, my only criticism is that they could offer different sizes as it was so delicious i could've eaten three.
The meat pie was nothing short of excellent, the gravy inside was deeply flavoursome, the lid was decorative & the pastry was perfect! My partner said it was "easily the best, so far" and that alone speaks volumes.
Our desserts were chosen quickly but they were similar one in tge style of a Doughnut the other a Choux bun - Caramel/Cream/Custard - perfect sweet delivery to finish our savoury pastries.
The service was fast & friendly, it did feel a little rushed but they couldnt do alot to improve that, its a busy spot and we can see why!
We are stranded here for a few days due to car issues and this really has brightened our time here in PA.
We are hoping to visit again and i would recommend this to anyone passing through or...

Had two staff members, an older lady and a younger, look at us and then walk away as they didnt want to serve us for some reason. The second lady looked at us waiting then walked out the back and the first lady looked at us with no smile and went straight to the next customer in the line who was a local and a friend of hers and served her first. Eventually the third lady served us and she was friendly. Not sure if they don't really like tourists or just a bad day. Next time will probably just drive...

All I can say it's one of the best pastrys I've had in a very long time, beautifully cooked meat, perfect pastry and even had little bits of pickle in it which was a welcome suprise (it was called a cheeseburger roll so that's on me). And it was really cheap too! With the quality they should be charging more, but all I can say is...
