Poor level of customer service,poor shift management, very poor customer resolution skill, shift manager should not allow staff to argue with clients. 4 of the 6 meals ordered where incorrect, that was incomplete meals, ie no sauces included, staff had to go back and complete order,1 meal given was not what 1 guest ordered, they didnt offer to correct, shift managers only comment was he was a trained chef, guess what, theres a difference between a chef and a cook, meals were of a low standard,,1 meal was refused by the client. Very poor pub grub.

STOP calling every one GUYS were not all guys, learn your english lanuage, and find out what that word really means. overall a very dissapointing and unpleasant experience. Never will set foot in the place again, hint for you, if you want to display professionism, then train the staff, at all levels, you might learn from the staff at the Grand Tasman Pt Lincoln, first class,and remember this, some clients are far more knowledgeable than you may realise, when it comes to the hospitality industry. Dined out on Saturday 6th July 24. Various mains meals ordered (Beef & Chicken Schnitzels, Lambs Fry, Chicken Julian among those ordered). Service was very friendly and efficient both in ordering and service despite the dining room fairly full. The meals themselves were well presented, the viariety of the vegetable sides including mashed potato, were very nicely cooked with cheese sauce, with compliments being given to how tender the meats were (beef able to be cut with the side of the fork), the side salads not just lettuce and tomato but potato and pasta salad. Came here for the first time with wife and kids. Our first experience surely made us plan our next visits, like more visits. Firstly, the owners and staff are very friendly and they alway take time to ensure we are enjoying our meal. Secondly, the place is very family friendly and reasonable prices on the menu. Lastly, the food IS VERY DELICIOUS! We all love it! The serving is very HUUUUGE and for sure they have not compromise taste with serving size. For sure, we got both - taste and size. The steak almost covered the entire plate, the lamb shank was very tender and the flavour gets right into the meat.
