Little Vintage Café — Restaurant in Proserpine

I was on a road trip, feeling hungry, and decided to stop here after seeing the good reviews – I was really looking forward to it.

Unfortunately, it turned out to be a let-down. I visited around 11:30am on Saturday and the young lady with brown hair who took my order was quite rude. She wasn’t friendly when taking the order, and when I said “thank you” after she served the coffee, she completely ignored it. That’s not the right attitude for someone working in customer service.

Staff definitely need more training. Really disappointing experience.

We stopped here on our way north and stopped again on our way home as we had such a wonderful experience. The coffees were hot and tasted fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially accommodating to my husband who has coeliac disease. We even bought two gluten free muffins to take home as they were so good. Next time we come through, we will be stopping again. Thank you and keep up...

Omg yes what a great little Cafe 💙 Hot chocolate , Sausage Roll & Mini Spinach Quiche was delicious 😋 The best Sausage Roll I've had in ages.. I've been driving for few days home to Ayr from Sydney & South Coast visiting family and friends and was awesome to find this little Cafe early in the morning passing through.. Service was great and friendly.. I'll definitely do in again, highly recommend.....
