Canungra Pizza — Restaurant in Queensland

Me and my family who live in Canungra come here regularly and enjoy the amazing pizza around once per week, Tonight we came and ordered 2 family pizzas the exact same we always order them 1 margarita pizza with bbq sauce and another irrelevant pizza. Drove home to realise they have put tomato on my margarita pizza, every other time I’ve ordered this same pizza they have never put tomato on it once for years, drove back and asked kindly if they could just remake it as it was not right, was told that’s what’s on a margarita and that I’d have to pay for another as there’s “no mistake” acting like I’m not a regular who comes here all the time and can’t fix my order. Staff was polite ordered pizzas for delivery was told 60 minute wait, long but Friday night thought that was fair

Called 60 minutes later to get eta told once again they were very busy would be another 25 minutes

Called again 60 minutes later to be told it would be another 10 minutes at which point we cancelled

If your that busy you know its going to take more than double the time you initally estimate

20 mins after cancelling they arrived and we turned them away as we don't reward disgusting service like that

Don't order for delivery maybe walkins...

I love this pizza place! Only discovered it a few weeks ago but we now drive past a Dominos and Crisp pizza to eat here. The first time we came i ordered a large between me, my teenage son and 2 young daughters. They loved it but it wasnt quiet enough. So when I ordered the next time with my neice & husband extra (6 people) we decided 2 family pizzas & a garlic pizza would be enough.... WELL we went home with just over one pizza left!
