Bought 105.00 worth of pizza on the 3rd of January ordered through DoorDash. After waiting 45 minutes without DoorDash updating I rang the store to find out what was happening ā¦received an apology informed that āsometimes that DoorDash app doesnt that) (I work for DoorDash fyi) anyway later our pizza turns up completely cold and stiffā¦considering how long we waited wasnāt surprised. ā¦had eaten ONLY the chicken balls and got halfway through to find a big giant green dead blowfly (you know the ones that generally only hang around industrial waste binsā¦and food stores bins..yeah those gross disgusting maggot laying ones that carry salmonella and dysentery) underneath the balls. Went and spewed my guts up took a photo and threw ALL the pizzas and extras out. Rang the store sent a photo of blowfly and manager rang me back assured me Iād get a full refund.
A week later I contacted DoorDash, they inform me they canāt give me a refund because itās been a week and I had never contacted them about this order. Ring the store to be told itās been closed and not sure when theyād reopen (whs issues perhaps) contacted the number of the person I sent the picture too. Only to be told basically tough. She informed me the door dash machine was broken and could receive but they couldnāt push anything on it while telling me she did everything right. This will be going way higher because imagine my surprise when my son tells me the next day he ordered pizza the SAME night from the same store AND ALSO got blowflies embedded in his pizza.he received a refund for one pizza and one garlic breadā¦..had personally never used this store before and would NEVER EVER USE THIS STORE AGAIN.
The night manager has failed to return my money among extremely bad and dangerous food handling practicesā¦and has outright called me rude and abusive for telling her to fix my refund that SHE had assured me I would get. Today she informs me too bad she canāt do anything. as such Iām now forced to contact corporate and owners to investigate such lax health and safety issues that could have resulted in severe health issues and a complete dismissal and refusal to fix the refund that I have not ever received.
In my opinion given the extreme risk associated with this store it should be shut down permanently or at least investigated.

Yep I bought two rather regular pizzas, albeit I ordered the XL size so I could get the normal Large pizza for $4extra. In the app I stipulated a different phone number and left very clear instructions on where the entrance to my yard was. If you used google maps it would show you exactly where it was as well. After the pizzas where twenty minutes late, the app was asking me to rate my delivery and I hadn't heard from the driver, I called the Andergrove store and asked what was going on. The young lady that answered the phone was quite polite and said she would contact the driver. It was stated the driver had tried to message me and call me. Apparently that was on a phone number I had not stated on my order. She then told me it was left on my fence. I checked the fence where I had asked for the delivery. Instead it was on the other fence ( we have a corner block). The young girl ( because at this time she decided not to be a lady) raised her voice and continued to talk over me (Gen x am I right? Yep raised by millennials! You know how that goes!) and insist that I got everything wrong. Well if you want terrible pizza that turns up cold delivered incorrectly and made to feel like all these things are your fault then disregard my review and order from her before your dominatrix finds out and spanks you for being naughtier that then girl on the phone...

This time the prawns were under cooked and there was beef on both pizzas, one being a vegetarian pizza. They also forgot the sauce swirls that we paid extra for, and both pizzas had pineapple on them for no reason what-so-ever. Called the store and the staff could not sound less interested, and offered us a store credit for two classics when we paid for a premium and classic. Would have been better if they remade them as I had to sit and pick off the beef.
