Puffy Classic?
I ordered 3 CLASSIC pizzas and a couple of sides from the Edmonton store. No issues with the delivery time but once I checked my pizzas I discovered they were all on deep pan bases. Normally I would just accept that they had stuffed up my order and begrudgingly eat my deep pan pizza, however this is not the first time this store has made mistakes with my orders!
This time I decided to call the store and let them know the error. I spoke to the young man on the phone and described to him my disappointment at my deep pan pizza that should have been classic. His excuse "it's probably just puffy classic crust"
I asked to speak to the manager who couldn't offer me much more other than to deliver out the correct pizzas, naturally he just assumed I would be happy to wait another half an hour for my pizza. Like any person that had been waiting for food, my friends and I had started to eat the deep pan pizza as we were starving!
There was an offer to be re-credited a portion of my order once they'd delivered the correct pizzas, again this was assuming I was happy to wait which I wasn't!
I would have been happy for the offer of something free on my next order but honestly all I was really after was an admission that they'd made a mistake and were to some extent sorry for the inconvenience caused to me. Unfortunately I got neither! Where has the customer service gone these days?

Read moreWe ordered online, we couldn't understand why it was taking so long for it to arrive.... only to find it was left on the front door, no knock, no door bell use to which we checked still works mind you, 15mins it was sitting the ground after it arrived. We have camera footage of the driver dumping a leaving. Service is appalling, the employee is not the service provider you want as a representative of your business, this is just pure laziness we paid for a service for it to be delivered, and to be HOT, it was not hot by time we found it. Additionally, there was no dip available for the churros, and there was no sauce on top of the pizza as expected. The pizza itself had cheese on the bottom, topped with vegetables, which was not what I ordered or expected.
