Domino's Pizza Glenmore QLD — Restaurant in Queensland

Pretty average performance by this store. Often have to wait as order has not been fully processed. Can’t imagine I am the only person that this happens too. Clearly do not value there customers time. Dealing with this store is like hitting yourself in the hand with a hammer. You know it is painful but you stupidly go back for more. Hygiene is terrible at this store. Every time the staff go to grab sides / orders they open every box.You can watch them open every sides box on the warmer, and then one minute later the next staff member does the same. Hate to think how many times your sides have been opened by how many staff before you get it.

Update: 2 years later and the staff still open every box and you still have to wait. Would you like them to place your order in the hot box while you wait??

Update 15/8/2025; Yep service is still crap. About the only thing guaranteed at this store is that you will get a long wait and screw around. Going back to this store is like hitting yourself in the hand with a hammer and enjoying it. I have heard that the new pizza shop up at Parkhurst Amalfi Pizza and Pasta is good. Skip this dump at Glenmore...

Only gave 1 star because -5 isn't available. Absolutely disguisting service. The owner offered us 1 pizza + garlic bread for stuffing up 5 pizzas, I guess that's the satisfaction guarantee. Still would have been alright if the next order was alright, but nope, despite receipt saying free, my husband got overcharged. Calling the store, the manager on duty called him a liar.

Edit: Domino's feedback form was submitted on 21st, no reply to this day. On calling the store, to put it politely, managers brushed me off.

Edit: Thanks for calling us back to offer refund of over charge. It would have been nice, if you guys actually did it, instead of promising to call back in 10 minutes on 8th Oct 2023, and then never calling back. Another gem of customer service.

Update: Multiple calls, multiple feedbacks and multiple emails. NO Refund in sight. At this stage, dominos glenmore is nothing more...

Yesterday me and my partner, ordered 2 pizza and cheesy garlic bread, through online website and when we reached there even after 5 minutes the approximate time and when we reached our pizza was in the oven and because they kept so long in oven it burnt and when realised that my wife seen the pizza then worker said she will cook again but she packed that burnt cheesy garlic bread and after more 20 minutes when she gave all the order and no discount, no complementary anything wasted around 30 minutes when we came back and seen the garlic bread was burnt from bottom at it was hard like wood that can’t eat at all. My wife went back to show but she rather than apologise or make a customer satisfied with good communication,she said we cook fine, u are wrong and she paid 5.50 back and walked off....
