Domino's Pizza Redlynch — Restaurant in Queensland

Friendly delivery driver, but food was later than the estimate, cold and pizza tracker wasn’t working on the website. Pizza tasted like old fish, or anchovies. No fish on the pizzas we ordered though. Was very strong and inedible.

Thought it was only one pizza, but I was putt off and stopped eating and other person I was eating with ended up tasting it on our other pizza as well. The dessert box for $25 was also cold and burned on the bottom of the lava cake, didn’t taste good either. Churros rock hard. Only thing that tasted good was the tiny mini brownies. The Dutch pancakes also cold and not enjoyable. Didn’t eat them.

Rang up to see what was going on with the pizza and got a store credit for one pizza, but had additional problems with the food after hanging up the call. Feels like money wasted. Gave a $5 electronic tip and also a $5 cash tip to driver (although the driver was pleasant, so no problems with that.)

We lost trust in the food, especially since cook said there’s no way anchovies got on there, that hadn’t cooked a pizza with them on at all today. So not eating it, aside from the brownies (and the garlic bread.)

The person answering the phone was kind, just a bad experience and I don’t normally spend that much money at once. It was supposed to be a special treat, so...

Few complaints here.Ordered a plain cheese pizza add pineapple. That was correct except for the random bits of red onion, mushroom, and green something that I didn't discover until I started eating. Second, my cheese and garlic scrolls, 1/4 came with no cheese nor garlic, just bread. Called and spoke to the manager who suggested I come back and they give me a remake of the pizza. I declined because I don't need another pizza right now. No mention of the garlic scroll. I mentioned that and he says ok, we will replace it and deliver it AND I need to give back the mistake items. Which makes me feel not believed and also I didn't want more food now. But apparently it's too much to ask for a credit for the pizza and scrolls for a later date. 🙄 So many mistakes and not just on my pizza. Pretty...

I can't exactly complain. I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza through the app and paid $2 for extra toppings (pineapple). Collected my pizza and went home. Then discovered there was no pineapple. I called the store I really just wanted them to know they made a mistake, and if they offered my $2 back I would decline because it would cost me that much in fuel to collect it 😂. But they actually offered to deliver to me another pizza plus a garlic bread and drink. So I was pretty happy about that. However, when the driver arrived it was only a pizza - no garlic bread or drink. I got a free pizza so I can't complain, but, please don't offer an additional free garlic bread and drink and then not follow through 😂 I was looking foward to it. Second pizza was great though...
