Domino's Pizza Wyalla — Restaurant in Queensland

We have ordered from this Dominos for years and have always had fantastic service and quality food.

Last night (27/08) we ordered and had delivered the first order error we have ever had. One Pizza that had real cheese substituted with vegan cheese also came with a real cheese stuffed crust which made it inedible.

A quick call and friendly chat to the Manager who already seemed to have my order there without me providing any information, and a replacement pizza was delivered and was perfect as usual.

It says alot about a business when they can fix mistakes professionally and promptly as mistakes happen, its what happens after they are made thats actually impacting.

I ordered a chicken pizza.. I got 3 bits of chicken.. I just rang them to ask what deals they had to be told " well how many pizza's you want. This went on another 3 times before they hung up on me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They are always lacking everytime I have ordered.

Even when I went in. I said I want extra extra extra chicken on a chicken I still got the smallest amount of chicken. I could have gotten a chicken for 10 bucks and added it to a 5 dollar and gotten more chicken then they have...
