I just wanted to thank the young people working at Donut King Noosaville on the 22/11/2017 for their excellent customer service. I was having a terrible day and it got considerably worse when I managed to drop the largest coffee I could buy all over the place, it took out 3 chairs a table and the floor. Been coming here since it opened. Boy has it gone down hill. Boxing Day 4 on duty a customer set up half the tables n chairs 3 girls icing donuts and having a great yak. 15 mins after opening time (10.15) tables n chairs still not set up still yakking out back still icing donuts. If you employ kids you need an adult present. Plus no chai no icecream... coulda had a coffee at home. ...

Worst customer service ever!! Was completely ignored for at least ten minutes. The guy was too busy drawing a love heart on the coffee for another employee in the centre. I even said hello after five minutes and was barely acknowledged. He then started to wash up and wipe away fake crumbs and he continued to ignore me. He then watched me as I walked away.
