I regret to write a negative review but i think there should be more supervision of staff. I had a negative experience with a rude staff member which i wont recount because she apologised so I thought i would continue being a customer. This time I ordered three coffees and food. The person who brought the coffees to the table didn’t notice there were three people and two coffees even though i have been a regular After a good deal of time i asked about the third coffee and was told no you only ordered two. Of course I didn’t, there were three of us! Then the person came back to the table and confirmed that i had not ordered for everyone. Really! So i ordered another coffee and was told there is a long queue so I wouldn’t get it for a while. Of course by the time i got my coffee my friends had finished theirs. It was also not what I ordered. Walked up to the counter and greeted the girl with a smile. In return I got a blunt face and got told to wait. After standing there awkwardly for a few minutes, she then with the facial expression of an empty shoe box asked what I wanted. Charged me $5.70 for a 12oz latte that tasted like instant bogan dust and it was that hot I could’ve poured sugar in it and made caramel. And to top it off, sitting here at 8.30 in the morning with a bunch of old people listening to 50cent and to my amazement, superman by Eminem. If you don’t know the song superman by Eminem, look it up and imagine being in a shopping centre with old people listening to this. Having checked their website regarding opening hours,I went to the counter after I thought they were open(last Tuesday 7-5)After a couple of minutes the staff member looked up and said”are you right?) I was the only one standing there. I asked for 2 coffees to which she replied”we’re actually not open yet”. I said sorry,I I thought you opened at 7 as per the website.
