STAY AWAY!!!!! Where to begin, this would have to be the worst dining experience of my life. We booked a table of 7 (5 adults, 2 kids). We arrived at 4.45pm and were the only people in the entire restaurant throughout this whole ordeal. "I wonder why"
We ordered soups for entree BIG MISTAKE, soups were gelatinous bowls of dog water absolutely inedible unless you like the feeling of snot going down your throat.
So now after having our dog water soups sit infront of us for the next 45 minutes I was the one that had to pick them up and move them to another table, due to service being non existent. The staff must of been taking a nap on the bed out the back of the kitchen which I seen when walking through the kitchen taking my son to their toilet.
We continued to sit and wait another hour only receive 2 honey chickens and shanghai steak. I'm not sure what the steak was but it wasn't that it was dirt, the worst taste and just a big lump of it.
After then waiting a further 15 minutes enough was enough I spoke to the lady "nap time must of been over". I requested all meals to be take away as kids were cracking it. I didn't realise this would be a confusing request and something that would take another 15 minutes.
Finally our food arrived "if you can call it that". We then paid the over $300 bill and after 2 hours were on our way home to eat "or so we thought". No apologies or comp was given, my 3 year old has better manners. I requested multiple times a comp bag of prawn crackers which she blatantly ignored. Probably for the best as when paying, I seen a young kid packing the prawn crackers in thongs which the bag proceeded to be dropped on the floor and picked back up.
Once home we opened up the meals to only find more of the same MSG filled gluggy slop. Was thrown in the bin where it belongs never to be seen again.
How is this place labelled as a restaurant and not a torture facility. Wouldn't wish this meal on my worst enemy. This place should be shut down never to...
Read moreOrdered and were delivered entrees about 30 mins later, we were the only ones in the shop. The soup was absolutely foul. It was thick like hair gel and had a terrible consistency. We then waited another 20 minutes and got 2 out of 7 main meals with no rice. By the time we had been there with 2 hungry kids for 1.5 hrs we decided to ask for the rest to be takeaway, which took another 25 minutes. Once home we had the food and it was absolutely beyond disappointing. Almost every meals ‘sauce’ was like a thick clag glue and honestly for the most part inedible. We went out for dinner with our kids to celebrate a 30th birthday. Not only did we not actually get to eat dinner out, we were offered no apologies or explanation at any point and were...
