Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Queensland

went to order in-store. this was the most horrifying experience of my life. the floors had obviously not been mopped in who knows how long. crumbs, cheese, meat and veggies everywhere behind counter. this is a very poor look to the health and safety regulations made in the store. worker was lovely. the senior or shift manager was not. spoke very bluntly and rudely to worker as they were still learning to navigate the till. we were very patient with them. only to be disappointed opening the pizza boxes to find a pool of oil and grease in the middle. barely no meat like we had asked for. so so much cheese that i couldn’t use the toilet for two days after-wards. manager was sweaty, looked like they just climbed out of bed and walked through bushes populated with horse flies to work.

this establishment has gone down hill. was so disappointed wanting to try a different pizza place.

Ordered a cheese pizza from North Rockhampton Pizza Hut 2 weeks ago. Asked the lady if they do $5 cheese pizzas and she just stared at me. Kept asking and no reply. So angry i walked out. Ended up ringing up to order as kids really wanted pizza and asked how much the cheese pizzas are. Same dumb woman still couldn't answer. Eventually a man got on phone and took order. Back in Rockhampton again tonight and kids want pizza again. Went in to order and same dumb woman taking orders. Took 30 mins for them to cook a cheese pizza. The lady making pizzas was putting topping on without gloves. Then she went to grab someones pizza out of pizza oven and dropped it on the floor. She then picked it up, put it in the pizza box and send it out for delivery. I suggest corporate should send out a mystery shopper to assess this pizza hut as it just doesn't stack up to the others. Have been ordering here for years, so one would think that you would know what the product normally looks like.

Pizza was burnt, Thin and Crispy was like eating CARDBOARD and some were undercooked, garlic bread was undercooked, brownies were charcoal.

Called up to complain, was met with rudeness and unprofessionalism by the STORE MANAGER! Even sent pictures through and was told nothing was wrong with the product that was sitting right in front of me that everyone had refused to eat. I had sent through my complaint via online form and called the 1300 number. Hopefully they train the store managers that come in to treat customer complaints with professionalism and understanding.

We won't be ordering from Northside Pizza Hut for a long time after...
