should be a -5 stars. We were looking forward to trying Giants pizza, sadly it was a terrible experience. The only thing that went well was ordering and paying online. The rest of the experience was disastrous. The worst service ever. NO pizzas were delivered. The pizzas hadnāt arrived 30 minutes after they were due. 1st phone call and we were told, āThey are on there wayā No there not. 2nd phone call to find out what was happening, and we were told āIāll call you back in a minuteā No calls recd. Terrible non-existent customer service. 3rd phone call and we were told āwe canāt find your order in the system; The boss has stepped outā nothing again. We had to drive there to sort it out, then got different stories, wrongly delivered, we lost our driver, Didnāt even offer us Pizzas, we had to ask and then had to ask for a refund and they couldnāt do that without ringing there boss. The Staff need major training. A Friend said he had their Pasta and said, āit was not niceā. Finally got a refund. Neither phones or Google reflect the open house they claim to have. The second owner (drew) called me back just to reiterate this and explain how a phone going to an after hours message bank is Google's problem.
I have tried to offer solutions such as a replacement of or changing of handset settings and the use of younger more tech savvy staff they already have to look at their Google services but no. Just the standard line. I ended the calls after I confirmed from Drew that the phones were indeed meant to be on when calls were made last night on my behalf.
I have tried as I know Google isn't perfect but yeah, there are better ways to handle it Drew and Ben, it's tough for everyone these days.
Since I don't like chain pizzas, these guys just sliced my options into 16...

Service - I'd subtract a star if I could. We have come over from Victoria for a conference, and this is the worst takeaway experience we've ever had, not sure how this compares to the rest of Cairns.. Will definitely be letting anyone looking for food recommendations in Cairns where they shouldn't go.
Website is ambigous. Staff have very poor customer service, and delubraetly lie and mislead customers. Wasting their time and their money. Provided with an inedible pizza, that we had paid for and had to pay for the replacement. We were told we could take the pizza back to be swapped and then they took it and charged us again when we got there.
So all in all, over $60 spent on two pizzas of poor quality, two trips to the shop, and an all round...
