Highfields Curry Garden — Restaurant in Queensland

This place has the worst wait time for delivering/pick up food. Also if you do it from Menulog app, even if the food doesn't show up, it says it is delivered on the app.

We had to wait 2 hours (ordered at 5:24pm) for our food last night and we still didn't receive it. They didn't even have the curtsey to call us to let us know about the delay. We called and got no answer. At the end, we went up to the restaurant (7:15pm) and they insisted to wait for another 15mins as they didn't even start to cook our order yet. It was the worst service and they insisted to give us credit instead of a refund.

They definately need work on their delivery times and...

Got a jumbo pack, plenty of food for 4 adults. The naan are huge, double the size of elsewhere and yummy. The samosas are great especially the potato filled ones. Butter chicken is great but could do with a little more chicken (like most places), go green beef curry was good but the lamb korma was too salty. Had it delivered & although it took a while it still arrived when they had said & piping hot. Service was fantastic & staff were lovely! If you have small kids I would recommend getting curries extra mild as mild still had some bite....

We had the Lamb pasanda (medium heat) and Malai kofta (medium heat). Both were very nice, the lamb was tender, the kofta was something new and enjoyable. The gravy was perfect in consistency and layered in flavour. The heat between the two dishes was quite different, the lamb was definitely medium/on the cusp of hot and the kofta was mild (European tastebuds scale) just FYI if you decide to try them. Would highly recommend this restaurant, it's definitely up there with ice n spice,...
