KFC Mareeba — Restaurant in Queensland

Customer Service is appalling and the food is not that great.

The staff are NOT friendly at all - they can be quite rude. They do not have manners or are polite to customers.

I regularly purchase a 3 piece box and to get a leg and a wing is just ridiculous, I truly expect 1 small piece and 2 large pieces of chicken. I am an adult not a child, so I expect to be given an appropriate meal for adults as I never ever order kids meals.

The staff need to be trained better. Yes I understand that they are all young but customer service is and should be their number 1 priority.

The food always seems to be dry and not very appetising at all. The chicken used to be hot, fresh and juicy - but it is never like this and has not been for a very, very long time now.

Went there tonight and they had already closed. I arrived at 7.20pm google says they close at 8. ???

So over this place. 9 times out of 10 they can't serve me. Either they have run out of chicken or chips or something. Kentucky fried chicken, with no chicken. How embarrassing. There is no excuse for that. The colonel would be turning in his grave. Who ever is responsible for the state of this place should be ashamed.

Went there the other day just after the staff member was attacked at the counter, I was served and the staff were very apologetic for a 10 min wait and the situation, got fresh chicken, it was pretty busy because it was lunch time but you can see the staff were doing their best. Food was alright but you can’t expect Gordan Ramsey level food from a fast food restaurant.
