Absolutely disgusting customer service. Went there tonight to get dinner for the family and asked for the Mixed feast for $24.95 and was told that there was no original chicken pieces and they only had hot and spicy and if I wanted the original recipe I would have to wait another 10 minutes. It took 7 minutes in the drive through to get to the order screen and as I had my disabled cousin in the car this was not an option. They suggested the original fillets instead so i said yep ok that will be fine, so i ordered the Mixed feast $24.95 an add on of popcorn chicken $6.95 and an apple juice popper $3.45. I get to the window to pay and was told the total of $40.75 and I was confused as the total should have been $35.35. I asked why there was an extra charge of $5.40 and was told that that was the extra price for the original fillets that were put in instead of the original recpie pieces. I said well that was not mentioned at the order window and it was not my fault that they had no original recipe chicken to sell to all of their customers at a peak trading time of 6pm. When I asked why the extra charge they also said that they had to make sure their inventory was right????? What the hell has that got to do with what I ordered? They ran out of chicked at 6pm and didn't mention the extra charge then were very rude when I asked why. Read moreI ordered three zinger popcorn chicken boxes. What I received was three drinks taped up in bag bundle, strips at bottom of bag, popcorn chicken spread at bottom of bag, three mash potatoes tied in plastic freezer bag and a large shared soggy chips.
I had to immediately leave Glenvale, drive to Wilsonton. I walk in and told the boy at counter that this is my order and consignment number. I received this scrambled egg of a mess with no burgers.
The little girl manager told the boy to just do a new order. I waited half hour with only two couples, one waiting and one ordering, a nice steady flow of drive through orders I saw going in and when I was coming out.
As I waited I watched the staff let myself know that I’m putting them out with sniggering etc. When the order was ready the little boy said, “there are you happy?” I asked him to repeat himself again, he then offered a response to upgrade our can drinks. I declined and left. I was so tempted to just demand my money back!!! keep your food!, and refund the $8 or $9 delivery as my convenience was nothing but a long trip to just be insulted to my face!
I will not be surprised if the place closes down with poor attitude, rude and zero care...

They (like me) waited over an hour for your incompetent and lazy staff to put the meal together, and it was NOT a busy night, the store is just run by a manager who doesn’t care about their job or their customers and you can tell it trickles down to the staff by the way the order was put together. Not to mention by the time it arrived it was ice cold and stale as a rock.. The issue is NOT with uber eats, the issue is with the staff at the store, and judging by the rest of the One star reviews I’m clearly not the only person who thinks so.. it’s about time head office does something with the amount of incompetence at that store because if it continues to run this way, then one day you’re going to upset someone who doesn’t have as much control as others.
