Red Rooster Wilsonton — Restaurant in Queensland

Honest one of the worst take away experiences I’ve ever had. From the start they couldn’t even tell me if my order came with a drink. We ordered and we told tol move forward. There is no bay to pull over in. There was no one in the drive thru so this made no sense. We sat for 20 mins waiting and had to phone for our meal to be told that they need 10 mins to prep tenders and then cook them. Once our food was ready the manager that served us and took the call sent her new staff member to deliver it to our car. We got home and opened our food. We had half the amount of chips in both meals. The tenders one tasted fine and the next was unbearable and tasted off. We phoned to let them know and was spoken to like we were in high school n nothing matters. The fix was they will post out a voucher 😳 come off it red rooster. Don’t spend any money here!! Absolutely appalled with both the service and food here. After waiting over 10 minutes in an empty store we were then served by a rude, sour female worker. We placed our order and waited, again, a stupid amount of time for our food. There was no one in drive through and no other person even walked in. Well we found out why no one goes here. After getting our food we definitely did not want to eat there so we continued our drive to Dalby. Our food was disgusting. Cold chips, cold burgers, overcooked chicken - absolutely revolting. Why was our food cold when we were the only customers? No wonder the store was empty, the staff are rude (how hard is it to greet properly these days??) and the food is gross. Drove there about 10 past 8 Friday night. Thought I would try Red rooster for a change because Super rooster had closed by now. Got to the first window and waited a few minutes. Someone walked by in the background three or four times but every time they saw me they put their head down. So I drove forward to the pick up window. The same person was there but did not acknowledge me. I waited another couple of minutes. Was getting pretty annoyed by now. A car pulled up to the first window behind me and they were served. This irritated me so I drove away. I thought if they can't even acknowledge me then they don't deserve my business.
