I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your establishment.
After waiting 45minutes for drinks I witnessed a member of your staff speaking to other people at my table in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner, including raising their voice and yelling. This behavior was not only shocking but also created a very uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone present.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, and this experience fell far short of the standards that should be maintained by any reputable café. It is deeply troubling to see such a lack of basic customer service and communication skills in your staff.
I urge you to address this matter seriously and ensure that your employees receive proper training on how to interact with customers respectfully and professionally. I believe every customer deserves a welcoming and pleasant environment, free from hostility or confrontation.

Coffee not extra hot as ordered, food order wrong, long wait to be served. Today I ordered from menu but asked if I could also have a salad. A few leaves and 2 mini tomatoes cost $6.00 extra. When meal was delivered, the chips were missing so I asked if I could have them. When paying the bill, the chips were charged as extra which I complained about because they are included in the meal price. They were deducted. I specifically asked the cashier not to use my credit points/rewards, but she used them anyway. Previously this happened and each time I was not asked.    Read moreMy husband placed an online order for dinner while on his lunch break today. He selected the 5:45-6:15 pick up time frame. He also left a note asking for it to be in the later half of the time slot because he finishes at 6. He collects dinner and arrives home at 6:10. Only to find that the food is stone cold and was clearly very old food. The ticket had been printed at 2:14, so clearly they had made the food at that time and left it sitting until he collected. We went back to the store and informed the staff, to which we were told "oh yeah, they were supposed to throw that out and remake it". Excuse me!
