We stumbled upon Maggie Lee’s CafĆ© during our visit to Magnetic Island, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warm smiles and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. We ordered a cup of coffee, which was brewed to perfection, smooth, rich, and full of flavor. But the real stars of the show were the pies! We tried both the chicken and leek and the chicken and mushroom pies, and they were nothing short of sensational. The pastry was golden and flaky, and the fillings were packed with flavor, hearty, creamy, and absolutely delicious. You can really tell everything is made with love and care. Whether you’re a local or just visiting the island, do yourself a favor and stop by Maggie Lee’s. It’s a charming little spot that delivers big on taste. We’ll definitely be back!

Omg! This is the most beautiful little friendly and kind cafĆ© I've EVER experienced ā¤ļø WHAT an AWESOME little gem find šŸ’Ž Lee gave us fresh pies straight outta the oven and they are Melt in your mouth to die for mmmm The chicken, Leek and mushroom is like grandma's chicken pot pie 🄧 and the steak bacon and cheese is so good, nice and chunky

Something was wrong with the decaf coffee, it didn't have any colour to it, let alone flavour. It was replaced on request but the lady wasn't particularly friendly or happy.

At first the service was great until we sat down and started eating what we had purchased from Maggie Lee’s Cafe…. My friend went to put the rubbish in the bin and come back to finish our drinks, where the lady said ā€œyou can’t sit here, we are a cafe, seating is only for customersā€ in a very aggressive tone. We then explained we had purchased food and drinks literally 5 minutes prior, where she was very hesitant until I showed her my drink.

She then proceeded to say to my friend that she didn’t recognise her as she had taken her towel off and that she should have kept it on…. We enjoyed our food/drinks whilst it lasted, but the tone in which she spoke to us made us very uncomfortable where we had to leave.

I would recommend the food but beware of the...

We got up before the sun today and caught an early ferry to Magnetic Island with plans of having breakfast before our tour. We got in line to order at Maggie Lee's but before our turn she said anybody getting on the ferry or in a rush for a tour. One person said yes so she let them jump in front of us to get their coffee etc. Then as others arrived she did the same thing over and over with no regards for us. In the end we left and had a much better breakfast elsewhere. If these people wanted a coffee they should have got up early like we did and shame on you for treating us that way and letting them all jump in front of us. I can't even give you 1 star but had to to leave this review. A bad start to our Magnetic Island experience. I would not recommend...
