Refusal from Gracemere McDonald’s after miss, placing my order and going through an abuse of ongoing with their manager, Alex which has a refused my service and banned me from the only Gracemere in my town. Read moreI visited this McDonald's store last Sunday night. I am not really a big fan of McDonald's food but I did enjoy the new Aussie burger. However, my visit was terrible. I placed my order and waited for about 15 minutes for my meal to be given to me. This was made worse as the two burgers that I ordered were placed on the counter between the cooking and the serving sections where they were visible to me. It then took another 5 minutes for them to be placed in a bag to give to me. I would probably accept this if the staff were run off their feet but there were 5 staff members present and it seemed like only 2 were actually doing anything. When I finally got my meal and sat to eat it, I was more disgusted to see many tables not cleared and cleaned. On visiting the toilets I discovered that they were dirty and there was urine all over the floor of one cubicle with child's undies beside the toilet. Once again - with idle staff I expected much more. I am seriously glad that I am not paying their wages and this visit has confirmed that I will if I feel the need to purchase McDonald's again - will be crossing the river and going to the store on...

Just came through town and to macca’s to grab a coffee and a bathroom break however, we could have saved ourselves this trip.
After ordering coffees the manager proceeded to tell us how she was pulling a sick day tomorrow because she hates her job, then she and any of the other front counter staff went missing while I joked with other costumers who were also waiting for service, that they must have have all quit. Every staff member looked like they wanted to quit last week and attitude was poor all around.
After 30 minutes we finally got our coffees. This was easily the worst experience at a macca’s I have ever had. Ps. It was not busy. No line at drive through and we were the only ones at front
One lovely young lady helped us out and got our order sorted and offered us a refund for the wait- however we would have to wait until her manager is back from smoke break. I’d rather not wait for another 30 minutes. Those $10 I can happily leave behind.
