Sunshine Kebabs — Restaurant in Queensland

So the food itself was very nice. But this is my complaint, I felt like I got over changed and ripped off. It was expensive on Uber eats. It was $24.99 for kebab and pide was advertised for $20. Which I was fine with. But once you click on size of pide there is no option for $20 only medium which is $30 extra on top of the initial $20 costing $50 for the medium pride or for the large $4.90 extra costing only $24.90!? Which means they want you to pick the large. Which I think is not good practice and dodgy, I didn’t want the large but obviously not spending $50 for a regular. I accepted it and was like whatever can have it for lunch tomorrow. $5 service fee and $1 delivery. Costing $56. Which I thought was overpriced but I was hungry and tired so I purchased it. A few minutes later I was alerted an extra $5 charge for selecting the large pide. So instead of being paying $25 for a pide it was $30. So my total price was $60.88 I couldn’t cancel this order it send a complaint. Food it self was nice. But the over charging and dodgy charging I do not recommend. Especially on Uber. If it were possible to leave a negative star I would. The place is disgustingly dirty, the staff don’t take pride in their customer service or cleanliness. We waited over half an hour for two kebabs that we ended up throwing in the bin after seeing the lack of hygiene. Why bother wearing a glove if you are touching literally everything with that hand and then using the same hand to handle food.

The older staff member with his arm in a sling was touching the pita bread with his hands!! And also trying to flirt with a group of young girls who would have been only 16 or so and looking very uncomfortable from his advances

Ordered through UberEats. Service from them are great. But sunshine kebabs completely dropped the ball. Instead of apologising they should learn to read orders correctly and actually rectify a problem instead of saying call back in 20mins. I ordered a snack pack large, small chips and kebab. The kebab specifically had things listed to be on it. Mushrooms and beef were not selected as my partner is allergic to mushrooms! but we still recieved it. The snack pack never arrived. The chips were the only thing they got right. Well i must say if you completely screw up chips then you should stick to the microwave.
