McDonald's — Restaurant in Queensland

I ordered a medium cheeseburger meal. I was 3/4 into my burger and I noticed a black hair in the cheese of my burger, I’m blonde so it’s not my hair. It was absolutely disgusting. That’s not the only thing, I was there with my mother and she ordered before me. We saw a bag sitting on the counter, none of us heard anyone call it out and my mum was right there at the counter. There was no number next to the bag like there was with every other order, so my mum asked on of the girls and she just waved my mum off saying it’s coming. It turned out it was my mums order and it had been sitting there for a good 15-20 minutes so my mum asked for it to be remade fresh. And one of the staff was talking to a girl in kitchen saying they called out the number and the customer wasn’t listening so she wanted it remade. Which wasn’t what happened. I found it extremely rude because it wasn’t our fault we even went up and asked about the bag and our order and the girl wasn’t even listening she just waved us off saying it’s coming. Very disappointed. I ordered one large fries with shaker seasoning, three hot drinks (one with sugar), and a couple of other snacks. The bill was more than I expected and when I looked at the receipt and opened the paper bag I realised that I was double charged and given two large fries. The server apologised when I pointed it out to her, she said that she accidentally double charged me, but she didn't offer a refund until another server came over and mentioned that I could get one if I returned the extra fries. I felt kinda like I was being punished for noticing the error. To make it worse, when I got to the car I realised that I didn't even get any shaker seasoning. So I had to drag myself back into Macca's to get it, with no apology offered. And to make it worse, my tea had no sugar, despite me asking the server who prepared it at the counter and him confirming that he had put two sugars in. Such a basic order should have been easy to follow, and the store wasn't very...

This McDonalds needs to be shut down & thoroughly cleaned inside & out. Grime, grease, blackened floors, doors have layers of fingerprints. Old food in every crevice & unmanned surface. There is a mess between everything on every counter, dust, food bits & rubbish. The manager that was in today at 1:00pm put his fingers in his mouth & touched his hair before continuing to pack food into the bags. While waiting the 11 mins for my meal, 6 customers returned with mistakes made to their order, cold fries, half empty boxes of fries. Burgers were terrible. Playground was shut for maintenance it looks like it has been shut for quite some time & is possible home to many creatures now. Staff should also keep their drink bottles and or soft drinks (in McDonads cups) away from the service area. The owner of this McDonalds needs to do...
