This McDonalds would have to be the filthiest & dirtiest McDonalds I have ever visited. Its at Mcdonalds Edmonton Qld. After paying $56.00 the food was disgusting. I ordered a salad & paid extra for bacon & all I received were the the 3 tiniest pieces I have shown in photo. the salad was absolutely drenched in what they call AOLI.. At first they hadnt even put the chicken in. My daughter had a finger nail in her meal as shown in another pic. then to top it off you go to visit the restroom & its absolutly filthy. Two of the staff members were told about the restrooms but no-one bothered to even go & have a look. There was also a middle aged woman working behind the counter, not in a McDonalds uniform & wearing thongs. Great sight for WORK PLACE HEALTH & SAFETY.. If you're the manager , you have a LOT to learn..The service was slow & very disorganised. You also go to enter the childrens play area & you smell nothing but urine. The entire place is just so filthy. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, you're better off traveling the extra klms & going to either Gordy or Woree.. I have visited many McDonalds all over Aust & this one is the worst. You guys need to step back & have a real good look at the entire...

Never fails to disappoint. 4th and final review update because I'll never go back. How any franchise can be so poorly managed, staffed and run is beyond me.

The only reviews above 1 star are obviously people who work there. Even Rob Pyne couldn't give it 5 stars and he's a politician 😂

Possibly (upgraded to probably) the worst McDonald's in Australia. Always dirty, always staffed by poorly presented staff who are more interested in their social lives than customers.

Last time I went at 8am and put my rubbish in the bin. Still had dinner menu rubbish in it. Checked another bin, same story.

After 5 months, I tried this maccas again (through the drive through). We got stone cold, dry nuggets (despite an order of 30 nuggets) and left missing two large fries. We only got out drinks after we asked for them. Called to tell the manager (Brad); no apology, just said "thanks mate." He did offer to replace the missing items, but I'm not sure if I will bother.

Playgrounds is dingy and had no natural ventilation.

If you must visit this poor excuse for fast food, do yourself a favour and use the drive-thru. EDIT: didn't help. Sigh
