Got a crumbed mackerel fish burger w/ tartare & some potato scallops instead of chips for dinner tonight. Haven’t been here before only because I’m not frequently in Mareeba at dinner time. One of the best crumbed fish burgers I’ve had on the Tablelands recently-fish cooked 👌 & crunchy crumb and very generous serving size. Other places usually keep the burger roll soft; I like that you lightly toast the bread roll..just makes the burger yum! Enjoyed the crunchy potato scallops w/ chicken salt too, though the burger size was so generous I don’t think I’ll need the potato scallops next time. Yum, thanks for an enjoyable dinner!

I stumbled across this little gem of a burger bar recently. I have to admit to having only tried the standard beef burger but it is consistently good. I now stop here to eat every time im passing thru Mareeba. The food is clean and fresh.Fresh buns, juicy, tasty meat patty and fresh salad. Definitely worth a try. I dont know what the low star ratings are about. the burgers and coffee are great. Friendly staff are a welcome...

Age old lesson to never get a beef burger at a Fish and Chips place. The Beef burger I received, despite ordering a Works Burger, was under done and sloppyly put together.

Other times I've ordered from Nastys via the online App, I've had Seafood Sticks, Jalenpeno Poppers etc missing with no explanation.

But they do good...
