Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Queensland

Terrible place to pick up from if you are ubering. The wait times are long and I went in tonight and they told me the order I was picking up for had already been taken.

When this happens it means the staff didn’t get the previous driver to confirm the order and they have run off with it. The guy refused to remake the food and said that it’s “Ubers problem”

I just feel bad for the customer who would have been waiting for their pizza all night due to the incompetent staff member. Also wasted my time

Hope you guys can do better in the future and admit to your mistakes, and just remake the food instead of making it someone...

We are regulars but last night will be the last time we order food from this restaurant, the quality of the pizza has dropped significantly in the past, I wannna say 4 months. Last night 3 out of our 4 pizzas arrived with all the cheese sloughed off the piza and stuck to the roof of the box congealed in one corner of the box. Pizzas are always overcooked, with what seems like barely any cheese. choices of pizzas from the menu for this restaurant keeps diminishing...well be getting our pizzas from the Brinsmead...

A mate and i orderd a butchers block pizza last night. About 5-6 hours after eating we both felt really sick Vomit coming from both ends. This isn't the first time this has happened from this store. And last time my nephews got sick too. For our health we will never go back, lesson learned. If there was an option to award a 0 star review they would certainly deserve it.
