Staff amazing. Beautiful spot, spotlessly clean eating areas. Unfortunately we where all (4 of us) very disappointed with the seafood platters for 2. 1piece of battered fish that was that over cooked on the platter plus 2 little grilled pieces of fish you couldn't even chew. The rest of it was I am sure was frozen sea scallops ( watery) undercooked prawns and fried calamari. The couple of oysters you got where very small. Of course they filled the platter with chips . 1 piece of lemon , per platter. Not happy for what we paid. We should of sent food back straight away but we didn't. I ordered a beef burger that was mistakenly put down as a fish burger. When it was brought I informed the waitress this was a mistake, all she said was it was on the docket, no apologies, didn’t look for a solution. Went back to get and show the receipt that that was what was ordered. When we said we didn’t want a fish burger and wanted the beef burger she took it back only to come back a few minutes later, setting money down on the table and informing us the kitchen had closed and left before we could say anything. No apology, no solution, so we were left without a lunch.

Was served a drink in a broken glass lost half my drink and upon returning it I was told thanks and they walked away I had to call them back to have my drink replaced.. second drink and my partners drink was knocked across the room when the attendant opened the pokie machine, this also was not replaced until I returned to the bar and had to find the gentleman who did it. Staff was rude and short with responses. Finally when I asked for my payout on the machine ($500) they fiddled with the machine for 20mins and switched it off without taking notice of the payout figure, this was obvious in the attendants face when I said what about my payout, luckily it was still there when it restarted.. not a...
