Worth a stop to take away or eat in. The pies are tasty and fresh. The meat pasties are unique. Sausage rolls have a special taste. The sweet pastries are delightful, especially the vanilla slice. Lunch time can be busy but the staff are very well organised and keep the serving queue moving nicely. Enter at one end exit the other. You don't get much of a look at what's on offer until you get close to being served. Soft drinks are ordered at the register. I’ve always spoken highly of this bakery until last weekend. Went in to get some lunch, stood at the counter, only person in line and was looked at by 3 staff members before another lady came from the back to actually serve. I asked what flavour pies were in the case as I could see they weren’t all listed on the days list, however I was told it was all there when it wasn’t.
