I ordered $55 worth of Chicken on 21/07/2022 & waited an hour & a half for the delivery. I drove to the shop to find the delivery man who was about to leave with the delivery, I asked why it was taking so long & he said they were short with drivers.

I was fuming by this stage & went into the store to talk to the manager only to find it was being run by inexperienced young staff.

I told him that I waited 1.5hrs for this delivery to when he said ' You can't get a refund or extra chicken'.

I am now lodging this complaint to the Manager if there is such a person as my order was not even hot when it arrived.

I went into the store the next day to talk with the Manager & was told he was not in, I purchased a can of coke $3.50 to which I handed $5.00 the teller gave me $1.05 change & was confused when I pointed this out to her as incorrect change, she stood there & tried to figure how much change she should have given me, I asked if she needed a calculator to do her maths with..

Absolutely appalling..No more chicken...

Extremely disappointed with the service received. Tried to order Red Rooster via Menulog start of the week and it was canceled on their end. Tried to order tonight and it happened again. Called the store to ask for some guidance and why this is happening, we were told to try again so we did and then was informed that their driver was off. I understand people take time off or are sick etc however it’s disappointing the customer service we received, the gentleman was blunt and not polite at all through out the whole conversation. Went there and ordered reds box for myself and children. We were all given burgers with tiny strips on them another tiny strip which was meant to be a piece of fried chicken. When they were questioned they said burgers don’t have piece of fried chicken or chicken Pattie on them. I’ve eaten at other red roosters and you definitely get a piece of chicken as well as fried chicken on your burger. Absolutely terrible service and rip off for nearly 20 bucks a meal. Avoid...
