I just wanted to buy a box of sushi. The staff didn’t provide clear guidance, so I didn’t know where to line up. In the meantime, other customers kept cutting in line. When it was finally my turn, the staff asked me if I had queued properly. This made me very unhappy and resulted in an extremely unpleasant dining experience.

Firstly, I strongly suggest placing clear and visible signage to guide customers on where to queue. This will help avoid confusion and ensure fairness in the process.
Secondly, I recommend providing your staff with better training on handling customer concerns appropriately. When I raised my issue, I was merely asked if I had been queuing, while others were allowed to skip the line without consequence.
What left an especially negative impression on me was the lack of friendliness from the staff member I interacted with. Their lack of a smile and unwelcoming demeanor made the situation even more upsetting and has stuck with me...

The staff are very polite AND they completely understand the cross contamination issues that can occur with gluten. AND (again) the Sushi is SO GOOD.
