Tasty at Yorkeys — Restaurant in Queensland

Our food here tasted good both times we ate from Tasty's. First time we ate in and they brought they brought the food to our table and accommodated us even though they were nearly closing. Second time we phone ordered takeaway. It was a long wait and upon pick was advised that they'd run out of one of the main ingredients so had substituted for another and had also failed to even put one of the other ingredients on the pizza as well (basil which he then got from the garden and put it on, fresh at least...). Just not professional and under staffed for busy times. That said the food still...

You have to try the kraken chicken rooster burger!! Simple burger but their home made seasoning is out of this world! Honestly the best burger I've ever had, I get it once a week and they never disappoint! They do beautiful battered coral trout and very tasty chicken bites, no need for sauce for either, they taste amazing as they are! The owner is always so kind and friendly and the service is fast! Tonight I ordered 6 kraken rooster burgers, 4 serves of chicken bites and 1 wrap, and it was ready in 15 minutes! Can't get better than that! Oh and their homemade cakes are...

I use to have fish n chips from here all the time when I lived in Yorkeys knob. But I moved away for 4 years and would always remark about how good the quality and quantity was, as well as the flavours. The food is always of good local produce and is made with love.

I always would have a great chat with Dan.... I'll miss ya mate, but will cherish our in-depth conversations.
