Unfortunately, every time I visit, something is always forgotten with my order.

On a previous occasion, our drinks never arrived, and staff advised they had lost the order entirely. After some time away, I decided to give it another chance. However, today I experienced the same frustration again. I ordered a coffee with my meal, but it was never brought out. When I asked about it, I was told I never ordered it—even though the same staff member who took my order was the one denying it.

This is the second time I have been here within a few days. I love the service each time. I am absolutely amazed at how the staff can remember our order. At every other The Coffee Club the staff have to write down our order! I love the table service here. I wish ALL Coffee Clubs did table service. I love how it is a relaxing environment for any time of the day. The only down side is the bald strength cappacino tastes like full strength. But otherwise I love being able to look out the window and see John Deere as well as a view in every other...

Waited way too long for table service. Hard to understand why we were not served as there were only three other tables with patrons. The waitress seemed to be more interested in playing with cutlery behind the counter than serving us. We gave up waiting and walked out without making an order.
