I recently dined at Zambero Cannonvale, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience that deserves a solid five-star rating! From start to finish, this restaurant impressed me on multiple levels.
First and foremost, the staff and management were incredibly friendly and attentive. They made me feel welcome the moment I walked in the door, and their warm hospitality continued throughout my visit. It's always a pleasure to be greeted with such genuine kindness.
When it comes to value for money, Zambero Cannonvale truly shines. The serving sizes are generous and provide excellent value. I left the restaurant feeling completely satisfied, and I appreciate that I didn't have to break the bank to enjoy a hearty and delicious meal.
One thing that particularly stood out to me was their ability to cater to specific dietary needs. When I had a dietary restriction, they were more than willing to accommodate it. This flexibility is a testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction and ensuring that everyone can enjoy a meal tailored to their preferences and requirements.
Overall, my experience at Zambero Cannonvale was outstanding. With friendly staff and management, excellent value for money in terms of serving size, and a genuine willingness to cater to specific dietary needs, this restaurant has truly earned its five-star rating. I'll be returning soon to enjoy more of their...
Read moreOn the 28th of November at about 8pm, I made the long, rigorous, gruelling trek down from the small country town of Bowen to the big smoke of Cannonvale. What did I drive down for you ask? I yearned for the taste of a big, juicy, delicious burrito with chicken, avocado, sour cream… the whole lot (no beans). That’s right, I was going to Zambreros.
Here I am, arriving at 16 Paluea Road, the home of heaven itself. And what do I find? The gates of heaven CLOSED. A sign on the door saying they were closed. Did they not think to inform me before I made my long treacherous journey? Did they not think about their loyal customers??? I felt a lot of things when I saw that awful “closed” sign. But the main emotion I felt: numbness.
I was forced to go to some fancy Mexican joint that doesn’t sell burritos. I had to ask them for tortillas, like a peasant. But at least they feed me. This is poor from you Zambreros. Be better. I will never eat there again. Please be considerate with your future customers. They deserve better than this treatment.
Here is a picture of a random redhead I was at the mexican place with. Thank you for listening. Zambreros, take the...
Read moreI rarely ever leave negative feedback but in this Instance I felt compelled, initial contact with the older blonde woman serving was impatient and rude, having only been to a Zambrero’s once before I wasn’t aware of the ordering process, this was made worse by not being able to read the menu because of the lighting reflecting of the wall mounted menu, as I tried to explain this to the very impatient woman I said I was trying to see what came with what , she rudely pointed out that everything right in front of me came with what was up there- not having been to a Zambrero in years I had no clue- I made my selections and she doled out the most meager amount of meat smeared on the tortilla sprinkled some corn and other vegetables and things also in meaner quantities folder it half cut in three and dumped into a container like she was doing me the greatest favour in the world, the quesadilla was so thin you could barely see the filling, pathetic effort. I then went and fueled up at Pieface got lovely service and bought a pie to fill me up- Zambreros...
