Zarraffa's Coffee Pialba — Restaurant in Queensland

Dissapointing. Soggy microwaved banana bread is not an enticing proposition compared to having it toasted at Zarraffa's elsewhere. Unable to locate my loyalty card for the immediate transaction and once located 2 minutes after store transaction, I was advised it could not be added.. Officious response that was unapologetic, nor sympathetic and there was plenty of options to fix it, including my suggestions; but clearly not interested in helping, nor in any future visits. Used to always pop in on way to Fraser Island. Worst Zaraffas outlet experience in 10 plus years. I hope this is not Zarrafas Pialba's typical attitude or service level?? I went to Zarraffas today and can I say I was highly disappointed. Not by the quality of the food or coffee, but by the workman ship or lack there of. An automated milk frother! Soon it’ll be at the point that our coffee will 100% be maid my a machine. No need for anyone to have barista experience, knowledge or passion to work in a coffee shop. Our society is become so lazy. I will not be supporting Zarraffas forward, I will be supporting coffee shops who hire people who have worked to gain the knowledge and craftsmanship of being a barista. The staff don't even acknowledge when a customer is standing at the front counter.. Busy and rude are different stories. Krista or Kristen (didn't see the name badge fully - young girl black hair) decided washing blender lids was a lot more important than acknowledging I was at the counter waiting. No smile no words.. Then they took too long to make my drink. Making only one drink does not take 10 minutes - so because I was in store I was less important than the drive through?
