Zarraffa's Coffee Rockhampton North — Restaurant in Queensland

I've tried over half a dozen coffee shops. Zaraffas is on par with all the others. I drink cappuccino but I'm usually served a latte with a short head of light foam on top. None of them make a proper cappuccino - even after you request a long head of dense, micro-foamed milk. I requested this at Zaraffas the second time I went but I doubt my request was relayed by the cashier to the barista. Cafes are willing to make you a new coffee but I've rarely seen any improvement. In my opinion cappuccino usually requires a fresh carton of milk to ensure there is enough cream to achieve the density of foam which should constitute about a quarter to a third...

To be frank gotten a little disappointed in this store. While the line down the highway isn't their fault as it moves reasonably well, the location could be better. The coffee itself doesn't seem right compared to other Zarrafas stores. Twice now have grabbed a white chocolate mocha and both times couldn't taste the fudge and was quite weak.
