Very disappointed just had the worst experience ever

First plate to come out was absolutely cold like it was taken out of a fridge and was missing half the stuff,

Then took over ten minutes to even get someone’s attention to ask for more food then it was another 10 mins and they only brought out 4 small bits to feed 6 people

I’ve been there many times and usually love skyfire but it was so bland and generic and very disappointing considering I brought family from down south to try it and was telling them how good it was just to feel like an idiot not to mention that we where sat down stairs in a small area where not many staff even came and when they did they weren’t even bothered to ask how we are doing or anything like that just shows that the food and the customer service have truely gone down hill hope they sort it out but definitely lost some...

My first visit was a good experience, but my first thought was "Is this the same inside" as we were greeted at the door by half a dozen young people standing around blocking the entrance from the car park, all smoking and had to be asked to move aside! Once inside I was pleasantly surprised, it was cosy and had a warm feeling. My meal consisted of an Entree of Garlic bread with cheese and bacon, yum! Visiting Rockhampton. I enjoyed this whole experience much better than a lot of the usual places that people here go to. It was a Sunday night - restricted menu roast and veges $15. Big meal!!! FRESH VEGES !!! Mashed spud, zucchini, carrots, corn and lots of meat and a yummy dumpling. This is a well laid out space making conversation easy. Excellent service. Clean and fresh.
