This morning I started work earlier than usual and decided to treat myself to a fast food breakfast which I haven't done for a very long time! Well now I remember why. So disappointing, I ordered a Bacon deluxe meal with a coffee and pancakes as I was pretty hungry and knew I would have to work through lunch. I going to keep this as brief as possible, It cost $15.10 and I thought that was ok but then I still hadn't received my coffee or my pancakes, I was planning to sit in and enjoy it lol,but had to go back to the counter 4 times till they got it right, apparently I didn't order pancakes but then she remembered when I told her we had a little laugh about pancakes as well a a meal So I paid extra and re ordered the pancakes, another mistake of mine. I lost my burger in the palm of my hand as it was so small, not once did a staff member bring anything to me after totally mixing up my order so I was up and down the whole time I was there just as the other 2 customers were, the pancakes were dry and disgusting and probably would have bounced if I dropped them, never have I left any food store or Cafe and not returned my empty plate or put my rubbish in the bin and I cringe when I see people not putting there rubbish in the bin, however today I was that disappointed that I just left it on the table so maybe one of the many staff members had no choice to go on the floor and maybe even wipe the tables. Read morePlaced our order in store at the front counter. 2 burgers and 2 drinks. Shouldn’t take long we thought? Well, 45 minutes later we still didn’t have our food? People were complaining- staff were very rude and didn’t give a stuff ! Heard one staff member say they were to busy to follow up on a customers order? Watched one customer with an order of burgers and ice creams wait for their orderwhilst their ice creams melted. They complained and eventually got their burgers, demanding fresh ice creams due to the orginal ice creams were melted. Sulky staff eventually complied - funny though because we ordered before them and they eventually left before us! So approached team member about the lengthy delay, she was pretty angry and snapped we are busy and rolled her eyes.. I replied i can see you are busy but i placed my order 45 minutes ago - i have a baby in the car with Dad and 45 minutes wait on 2 burgers and drink’s is not ok! She replied with “I don't care” ?
Great customer service guys! NOT!!!!! So as it happens, drive through and uber eats etc get the priority so don’t bother going into the shop they are much to busy to cook for you today! Worst experience ever! Worst customer service ever - yes i can imagine they are all stressed, but no excuse for bad customer service 😫 Won’t ever go...

Had been through the drive through one afternoon. Paid for a double whopper value meal with extras. Despite the wrapper showing a double whopper with extras, back at home i saw that inside was a standard old/stale crappy whopper. I did not bother to go back that day, as I live too far away from this HJs. In this past, have had an issue with going through a MACs drive thru and been able to sort things out the next day, no problem and therefore been satisfied.
So went to this HJs this afternoon and talked to the manager. Their so called policy was if you don't report it the same day, too bad too sad. They ripped me off for a crappy burger and the manger there DID NOT CARE... They must think there are professional gangs around, making up stuff every day to get a lousy free burger.
So from going there up to a few times a week, will not be going there ever again and will see if i can go to consumer affairs to lodge a complaint.
If you have to go there, do not leave the drive thru straight away,,,,go thru everything,,,open every burger wrapper before you leave...As this place knows they can rip you...
