Fairly good place good amount of variety and decent prices MOST staff are decent however the security hired by this place need to be re trained or replaced they seem to look at someone make a judgement call then follow that innocent person around whilst letting actual shop lifters walk out with a trollie full of shopping. Just a note to the security just cus I have tattoos and long hair dosnt make me a criminal I don't know why they'd assume I'd take my kids shop lifting with me it's even got to the point where the kids have asked there mum why that man (security) has been looking at her the whole time she's been there, I've even had staff from Coles to basicly tell him to back off and when there's a fight or someone causing a actual scene security is NO WHERE to be found. Also I don't know if this was the shopping centres fault but a bit ago a ATM ate money I took out 400 and the funds came out of my account but never gave me the cash this happened at 9 at night and I know for a fact I wasn't the only one and it was still doing it the next day I was pretty shocked that there wasn't a sign put on the atm or it put in our of service mode it took days for any changes to that ATM to take place even tho I informed staff at Coles and Woolworths about the dodgy ATM

I hate complaining like this but never in my life have I come across such a pathetic excuse for security creating problems in there heads while letting the actual criminals just walk on out

Have shopped at coles for many years but there is one thing I would like to complain about. When something is on special, PLEASE order more of that item for the week it is on. I sometimes drive all the way in to get some things that are on special and can't get it because you have no stock. It then becomes a waste of time/energy/fuel. If something is going on special, make sure you get extra stock (or even have some stock at all). Just remember, if you only have a dozen articles to start with, that means that out of the whole of Rockingham/Cooloongup/Hillman that may shop at coles, only 12 of them (or less) will get that item/s. I wanted to get the nescafe latte coffee that was on special last week, wanted to stock up with 4-5 boxes of a particular one. There was only 3 in the whole store that I found, and the man next to me had his eye on that one also I think, so I put one back and just had to settle for the two. That's only 3 boxes for every customer in Rockingham. Please order more of...
