HORRIBLE accessibility driving through Rockingham Red Rooster ! Un pleasant customer service experience
We ordered take away through Rockingham Red Rooster and continued to drive through there VERY TIGHT AWKWARD drive through, we were very careful as we had just brought a new car and still managed to hit the side of the pillar ? We could not reverse and drive out when it was too tight as there was another car behind us,
The customer service lady witnessed the whole incident and completely ignored us ! No manager was called over to speak about the incident,
We tried to call the branch THREE times to discuss this and no answer ?!
Extremely unpleasant experience and will not be returning due to the inaccessibility and customer service, anyone who visits this branch beware, your vehicle may get damaged,
We noticed on the pillar it had already been scraped severely and on the other side of that wall as well, this has clearly happened multiple times which makes sense as to the complete disregard we received from staff,
We will now have to pay god knows how much to get this fixed due to no fault of our own and the inappropriate layout of the drive through,
I have filled out a feedback form as there is no other way of contacting Red Rooster and the branch doesn’t answer their phone,
I expect to be contacted IMMEDIATELY to rectify this...

Absolutely disgusted We brought 2 Whole Chickens, 2 x Family Chips, 2 x Chicken Rolls and a Garlic Bread. I was eating my chips to find some kind of Moth like bug stuck to one of the chips. I could not eat anything after I seen the bug and felt like I was going to vomit. I called Red Rooster Rockingham to let them know what they had served us and the Manager did not seem to care about a bug being stuck to my chip, but more concerned about her serving the meal and saying that she didn’t notice any bug attached to the food. The Manager then said that I could take the chips back down and that she would make some fresh chips, I said no; as I would not be eating anything from there ever again. It was bad enough that there was a bug stuck to my chip, but what I found even more disgusting was the, I don’t really care; I served you a great meal attitude. Read moreI don't know what's going on with this store, but the food has gone downhill rapidly in the last few visits. We have been served half full potato & gravy (3 total so it wasn't just the 1 time). Then our large chips was the same. We even had staff tell us the manager is cutting down on quantity served, specifically only putting a small chips amount into a large chips packet etc) I guess it's the same with the potato & gravy. The serving of chicken was a lot less too this time, are they buying smaller chickens??? Also this time the potato & gravy was watery, tasteless and had barely a teaspoon of runny potato smeared around the inside to make it look like it had some in it. In the middle at the bottom was none at all in 3 servings. Total FAIL. If the manager thinks he can cut serving sizes to get rich quick, he hasn't stopped to think he is also losing customers hand over fist in a food court that has so much more to offer.
