Went to miss mauds on today ordered two flat white coffees and a piece of princess cake when we revived the flat whites it as cold and I questioned the price of the cake as it said7.60 did not relise until I sat down the cake was on the receipt for nearly $9.00 when I asked why the extra was told because my wife ate it in and it was said by staff because it was eaten in it was to pay to wash the of the plate blooming ripp of at that rate she should be buying a new dishwasher every week so think twice if you are eating anything in there no one else in Rockingham shopping centre charged that miss mauds isnât any thing special what a ripp of if she charges this to everyone that eats in there there are other places in the shopping center that gives you a nice hot coffee not a cold one and doesnât charge to eat in beware try other eating places in the centre it used to be a nice fair priced place to go even the tables wasnât cleaned up for the next people to sit down what cost more washing up in a dish washer or wast money on a box and bags...

I counted 6 tables with dirty dishes on them, not cleared for new customers, including my own. Coffee and cake should only take a couple of minutes, however waited 20 minutes for it to come. Another occasion, we waited almost 40 minutes for our lunch to arrive, without any drinks being served during this time. Also food came minus one item, which we then had to wait a further 15 minutes for. Not acceptable for any restaurant, really need to employ more staff, or retrain those already there. Whilst placing our order at The counter, other half went to sit at one of the larger seating tables when I was asked, quite abruptly if we were together. Yes - you can't sit there you need to sit at a smaller table! This has never been an issue before and I've often sat at a larger table on my own. When queried, they advised that larger seating is for "parties of people - as in more than 2 people. One gentleman using a walking aid was also told to move to another table.
